AAA Realty & Investments is a family-owned, father-son real estate brokerage serving San Diego County and Riverside County, built on a simple foundation: experience, integrity, and clear guidance you can trust.
We are not a “sales-first” team, and we are not here to pressure anyone into quick decisions. With 30+ years of combined experience across buying, selling, investing, and property management, we bring real-world, hands-on perspective to every transaction, because we have lived both sides of real estate: as agents and as owners. We have owned and operated multiple real estate investment and property management companies, which means we understand what actually matters long-term, not just what looks good on paper.
Most importantly, our work is rooted in faith. We aim to reflect Jesus in how we communicate, how we serve, and how we steward every opportunity, with excellence, patience, and honesty. We want our clients to feel confident, protected, and at peace, from the first call to the final signature.
Meet the Alexanders
Gregg Alexander (CA DRE #00926029 | 760-580-0204)
Gregg grew up in Encinitas and has called San Diego and Riverside County home for over 50 years. With decades of experience through changing markets, Gregg brings steady leadership, calm decision-making, and a deep understanding of what makes a home or investment truly solid over time. Clients appreciate his straight-shooter honesty, his consistency, and the way he keeps transactions smooth, clean, and professional from start to finish.
Outside of real estate, you’ll usually find Gregg doing one of two things: dominating on the pickleball court (yes, he takes it seriously) or being “Grandpa Gregg” - happily tossing grandkids in the air, giving bear hugs, and making sure everyone knows who runs the family… in the most loving way possible.
Garron Alexander (CA DRE #02245873 | 760-239-7866)
Garron grew up in Fallbrook, and has been a student of real estate since he was in diapers. Real estate has always been part of the family conversation, so Garron brings a modern, hungry, detail-obsessed approach to helping clients win in today’s market - whether that means writing strong offers, analyzing numbers, or negotiating clean terms. He’s known for clear communication, speed, and making the process feel simple and under control.
Outside of work, Garron is usually out doing what North County dads do best: taking his kids to local parks, chasing them around until everyone’s tired, and then rewarding himself with a burrito the size of a small newborn.
