Gregg Alexander has been buying and renovating properties in San Diego County for decades. His son Garron grew up walking job sites, learning the difference between cosmetic and structural, between a real deal and a pretty pitch.

Today AAA Realty & Investments is the family business. We buy 10-15 properties a year for our own portfolio. We renovate them. We sell some. We hold others as rentals — and manage them ourselves through our property management arm.

When we represent clients — buyers, sellers, investors, landlords — they get someone who has spent the morning negotiating with a wholesaler and the afternoon writing a check at closing. That's the experience we bring to the table.

We're Christians. We don't talk about it constantly in real estate work, but it shapes how we operate. We try to treat clients the way we'd want to be treated — with honesty, patience, and real respect for your decisions.

That means we won't pressure you into something that doesn't fit you. We won't overpromise to win a deal. We'll tell you the hard truth even when it costs us a transaction. We don't always hit that perfectly, but it's what we aim at.
